SHM Transport Inc. — a US trucking company with 60+ employees — ran on off-the-shelf software that charged per seat and bent their operation around its workflows. I built them a custom TMS shaped around how they actually dispatch, track, and bill. It’s running right now at tms.shmtransport.com.
