Pricing
Straight prices, written scopes, no hourly meter
For context: mid-size companies routinely pay $2,000+ per month renting software that doesn’t quite fit. Owning software that fits exactly costs less than most people assume — and the payback math is done together, with your numbers, before you commit to anything.

Pricing questions, answered honestly
How can these prices be lower than US agencies?
No office, no account managers, no sales commissions — you pay for engineering, not overhead. I’m based in India, work US-friendly hours, and run an AI-accelerated development process. Same production quality you’ve seen in the case studies; a different cost structure.
Do you charge hourly?
No. Projects are fixed-price against a written scope; ongoing work is a flat monthly partnership. You should never have to wonder what a question costs.
What if my project is smaller than your minimums?
Book the call anyway. If it’s a quick job I’ll say so and quote accordingly — and if custom work isn’t the right answer at all, I’ll point you to the off-the-shelf tool that is. The minimums protect quality, not ego.
What does a typical first project look like?
Usually one painful workflow, automated end to end — small enough to ship in weeks, valuable enough to prove the relationship. Most clients then move to a monthly partnership, which is how the SHM engagement has run since 2024.
Get a real number for your project.
20 minutes on a call, then a written scope with a fixed price. No pressure, no follow-up sequence — just the number.
