Marketing judged on booked calls, not impressions
Reach is not a result. The only questions worth answering every month are how many people asked to talk to you, what it cost to get them, and whether that number is going up. I run the campaigns, build the pages they land on, and automate the follow-up — then report against the one number you actually care about.
Management starts at $750 a month. Advertising spend is paid directly by the client and is not included in management fees.
Email that gets replies
Campaigns and sequences to your list and to cold prospects, written to sound like a person and set up so they land in the inbox instead of the promotions tab.
Paid ads, managed weekly
Google and Meta: setup, tracking that actually fires, creative, and a hand on the budget every week. Small budgets welcome — I would rather prove it cheaply first.
AI follow-up automation
The part most businesses lose money on. Voice agents that call new leads back in minutes, assistants that answer at 2 AM, and sequences that chase the quote nobody had time to chase.
Why one person beats three vendors
The usual setup is an ads agency, a content freelancer, and whoever built the website two years ago. When the leads stop converting, each one can honestly say it is not their part. Nobody owns the whole path from click to booked call, so nobody fixes it.
Here the ad, the landing page, the tracking, the automated follow-up, and the code underneath are all mine. When something breaks in the middle, there is no meeting — there is a fix.
Where I start, most of the time
- Plug the leak first. Leads that never got a reply, forms that silently fail, quotes nobody followed up. This is usually free money.
- Make one channel work. One audience, one offer, one landing page, measured properly, before we spend on a second.
- Automate the repeatable part. Once something converts, the follow-up around it should run without either of us remembering to do it.
Honest answers
Is ad spend included in the price?
No. Advertising spend is paid directly by the client and is not included in management fees.
What if I do not know which channel to use?
That is the first conversation. Most businesses are already getting attention somewhere and losing it before it turns into a booked call — so the first month is usually plugging that leak rather than opening a new channel. Spending more on ads to feed a broken follow-up is the most common expensive mistake I see.
Do you do the design and the landing pages too?
Yes, when agreed as part of the engagement. Website, SEO and lead automation live in the Growth + Automation plan; paid ads management remains a separate add-on so the scope and budget stay visible.
How do I know it is working?
We agree at the start on the one number that matters to you — booked calls, qualified leads, sales — and every month I report against that number, not impressions or reach. If a channel is not producing after a fair run, I will tell you to stop spending on it.
Where are your leads actually falling over?
Book 20 minutes. I'll walk your funnel with you and name the leak — you can go fix it yourself afterwards if you want.
